Jim From Oregon
Jim drilled over a period of about a month, drilling about an hour a day. He drilled to 100' deep, and where he lived the regulations required him to drill a 8" hole to 18' deep in order to get a proper seal, and also to have an inspector present for the casing process. I supplied him with a special order bit to drill the hole, the inspector was present and was thoroughly satisfied with the process and signed off on it.
This is particularly important because Oregon is one of the more touchy states about drilling your own well, and yet the inspector had nothing bad to say about the system, and in fact thought it was quite innovative.
