Gene From Florida
Gene built his own unit from scratch, and wanted to send in a few pictures of his rig. He had a few ideas he wanted me to pass on, too:
"When I was reducing my air sander I used a grinder with a 60 grit sanding flap disc. This works excellent as there is more control while removing stock and a much smoother finish. I also used a "Dremel" with a heavy duty (wider) cutting wheel to cut the air exhaust channels. Once again there is I believe much more control. I marked my lines first. Feel free to include this in your instructions if you wish. I am glad that you do respond to your customers. That's a great way to increase business!
Thanks again, Gene"
